Summer Fun..

We headed to San Tan Mall last week to have some fun in the water. The kids loved getting sprayed in the face with the water. Brynlee's face in this picture is my favorite after getting water in her face.

Movie Night as a Family

For Family Night two weeks ago we took the kids to see the movie "UP". The movie was a sweet sad story with a good ending. Brayden loved it so much he wants to see it again. We enjoyed popcorn and drinks together as a family. Matt and I did get to see all the movie for the most part with all three kids.

Matt is a wonderful Father. The kids are always so happy to see him when he gets home from work. We are so grateful for him. He works extremely hard to provide for our family everyday. He also loves playing with the kids any free moment that he gets. We hope that he has a great fathers day. Brayden and Mom made him breakfast this morning. We are also having family over for dinner, I am actually cooking steak for Matt. He doesn't get it much, but today he deserves it!!

I also want to wish my Dad a Happy Father's Day.. I was not a perfect child growing up but I am glad that I had a father that loved the gospel. He serves the lord faithfully and always knew that we would be blessed when we struggled while I was growing up. He always told us that he loved us.

I love you dad and you are a great Grandpa the kids love you too!!

New Glasses?!

Brayden and Brynlee were given new goggles from Grandma Vangie a couple of weeks ago. Brayden thought it would be neat to watch TV with them, so he did and thought is was so cool!! Brayden thought it would be even better if Brody wore Brynlee's Pink ones. Brody was a great sport his little head kept moving side to side to look at everything now in a different color. Here are the boys with there new indoor glasses.

Weekend Away..

This Weekend Matt celebrated his 33rd Birthday. His best friend decided that we should get away for a couple of days. Our Families drove to Laughlin and stayed at a fun Hotel called Avi just about 15 min away from Laughlin. The kids had a blast, the hotel had a special Kids Quest Play area where the kids had millions of things to do. So we relaxed,swam,shopped, slept and ate.

How we cope with Arizona Heat!!

1st Trip to the Lake this Summer!!!

So a week or so ago Ethan decided at the last minute that we should head to the lake. He thought it would be fun if we went out as couples without the kids. I thought that would be a good idea, but had a hard time finding a sitter cuz everyone was at girls camp. We found a sitter and we were off. We talked all the way up there without any interpretation's. It was fun to spend time with my husband without worrying about my kids. It was a beautiful day so the lake was gorgeous. I am still upset that I couldn't get up on the wake board, maybe next time.? Thanks to the Jen and Ethan for inviting us to the lake. It was a Blast!I forgot my camera so here are the only pictures we got with Matt's phone.

Brynlee's Day...

On Saturday the 30th of May, we had a busy day. Brynlee shares her birthday with our best friends daughter Tayler. They had a pool party for her so we went to that. Brynlee loves the water so much that she had a blast. Brynlee is fearless of the pool, that is scary for me. After the party we took Brynlee to Chuck E Cheese for dinner. Some of our close friends & family came. We took a cake so that we could sing to her and have her blow out her candle. She didn't know how to blow the candle out, but she sure wanted to touch the wick. She enjoyed her cake so much that she took a bit of the candle. This year we bought her a trike bike for her birthday. She loves to ride it all through out the house. She was so pooped by the time we got home, she went straight to bed without a fight.
